  1. Weak Network Connection: If your network connection is slow, it might be causing a delay in loading. Typically, the game should transition from the 'Loading...' screen before the game to the next screen within 10 seconds. Please try tapping again after leaving the 'Tap to start' screen idle for a few moments.
  2. Compatibility Issues: While the game has been confirmed to work on my iPhone 8 and iPad, there might be compatibility issues with other devices.
